The violence they left behind ignited a 150‑mile manhunt. Wheels of Murder tracks their frantic flight, the relentless pursuit and the deeper toll left in their wake.\nJeffrey M. Sauve is an award-winning writer and historian based in Minnesota. He has contributed numerous articles to regional magazines, local historical societies and museums. After serving 20 years as an archivist at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, he embarked on a successful writing career specializing in true-crime narratives. His inaugural commercial publication was Murder at Minnesota Point (North Star Editions, 2022), and won several awards.\nThe book will be available for purchase at the talk.\nTalks are free for RCHS Members, $5 for Non-Members.
