New Year’s Eve with Minnesota Jazz Chamber Orchestra – The Great American Songbook

The Bloomington tradition continues as the Minnesota Jazz Orchestra’s chamber group featuring vocalist Courtney Burton returns to the Ives Auditorium to perform its annual New Year’s Eve concert. This all-new show pays tribute to the Gershwin brothers and their contributions to American music. Together we will relive the Golden Age with time-honored classics such as I’ve Got Rhythm, S’Wonderful, Love Is Here To Stay, I’ve Got A Crush On You, Summertime and Just Another Rumba. With a bit of audience participation, comic relief and live music, you’re sure to have a memorable New Year’s Eve with the Minnesota Jazz Orchestra.
