Walking Meditation involves “intentionally” attending to the experience of walking itself. We focus on the sensations in your feet or in your legs and body using our breath to anchor our awareness in the present moment. We cultivate an internal observation of sensations associated with walking, nothing more. This practice will help you build concentration and focus on each moment as it unfolds.
