Register for Youth Strength Training by today!
For ages 13-17. Class runs Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 1-March 10 at 4:15-5:15pm.
Led by Personal Trainer Andy, this program will teach your teen strength training fundamentals in two group training sessions per week for six weeks. Register here by January 28th! Participate in-person (as allowed by the guidance) or virtually.
