Getting Crafty for the Holiday Season

With December upon us, it’s time to think about your holiday shopping list. Why not buy from a local crafter from one of the many craft events during the month? You’ll be buying a one-of-a-kind piece made with love and you’ll be supporting the local economy. Take a look at this list of hand-selected markets and bazaars:

Drink • Gather • Shop on November 30th, 10am-5pm
Reunion in Northfield
Stop by and shop with a variety of local vendors for Small Business Saturday. This event will be held in Reunion’s upstairs lounge. One free mimosa provided per person while supplies last. Participating vendors include Wolf Creek Threads, Oh Deer Boutique, J-H Custom Leather, Cannon River Bowl, Woolen Design, The Jade Dog, High Bun Hippies, BlueNose Coffee, CT Blades, Sista’s with Bad Habits, and Creations by Paula & Whitney.

Pop-Up Christmas Shoppe on December 2nd-6th & 9th, 9am-4pm
Buckham West in Faribault
Find new items or handmade, one-of-a-kind artisan-quality items. There will also be items priced just right for youngsters to shop for a special grownup.

10,000 Drops Craft Distillers in Faribault
Featuring 40 local craft booths & Santa! 10,000 Drops craft cocktails plus wine and beer from Corks & Pints.

Holiday Market on December 12th, 6-7pm
Armory Square in Northfield
Local vendors, hot cider (spiked or not) for purchase. Brass players and cellists from the Cannon Valley Regional Orchestra will perform a variety of holiday songs.
