What is PI-co.works?
PI-co.works is a co-working office and a co-working kitchen. We offer a full commercial kitchen, approved by the MN Department of Health and Department of Agriculture for rent by the hour. In addition, we have desks and meeting spaces for people to get office work done. The generous space here also allows for group gatherings and multiple dining set ups so foodies can serve their products.
What’s your favorite part of what you do?
Working with entrepreneurs and visionaries that are trying to make our community a better place. The ideas generated in this building over the next decades will be its greatest accomplishment; I am hopeful we can be a place for innovators to bring their ideas to life.
Other than your business, what’s a favorite Pine Island treasure?
I really enjoy Let’s Go Tacos, a Mexican restaurant in the middle of town. The bean burrito with pico de gallo is delicious and nutritious!
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
The trails and parks in and around Pine Island are really great. If you are looking for a green space to take a breather, there are ample opportunities to get away from the hustle and just listen to the birds.
