Down to Zero Documentary Premiere

Down to Zero: Net Zero Transitional Housing at Hillcrest Village is a new documentary created by Northfield filmmaker Wendy Placko. Down to Zero shares the story of the team who imagined and built the neighborhood of townhomes which offers a continuum of housing options to Northfield residents and were designed according to sustainable Passive House building standards.
