Techniques for Ecstasy

The exhibition features large-scale textile collages by Minneapolis artist Alexandra Beaumont. Her collages combine sheer fabric, appliqué, beading, sequins, and hand embroidery depicting figures in motion. Suspended from the ceiling, the figures flutter in response to movement from passers-by, echoing the exuberance of dancing together.
